I had 2 pairs of the Skullcandy indy ovo earbuds now and they have both been extremely faulty, I can't use them on a call or listen to the music since no can could hear me and one of them stopped working. I sent both back and they refuse to give me a refund, customer service support is so unhelpful and barerly reply. They sent me a new pair now without my consent and the parcelforce lost the package and now they refuse to get me a refund, I had to pay for expensive postage both times... DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this scamming company, this is the worst experience I have had and I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

The cushions on my pair of Crusher Wireless headphones came, I remembered that there was a spare part program. I had used it before and had great service, even to this day I commend Skullcandy’s customer service!

Had a problem with two sets of headphones, not even sure if warranty material. Spoke to Bill who was awesome in guiding me about what I needed to do to get a replacement. Was about to give up on Skullcandy altogether after years of using the products but was persuaded to give it one last shot. Great customer experience.

I had an issue with my earbuds I bought. I contacted customer service and they got back with me right away. The first person that contacted me help me right away and was very helpful. I did what they told me and I hadn't heard from them for awhile. I contacted them tonight and the second gentleman that replied to me assisted me and took care of my situation right away even with it being so late in the evening. Much appreciated to the gentleman that helped me this evening. To me you went above and beyond. Customer support at Skullcandy definitely gets 5 stars from me for this.

I needed to return some earbuds that I won in a game almost two years back (the buds I had had a 2-year warranty), and I did not have a receipt, Skullcandy helped me, told me to send them to their HQ and that I'd get a new pair. When they received my earbuds, they didn't have the same type I sent in. They gave me a 35$ redemption for their earbuds online, but that wasn't enough to buy the equivalent pair (their prices have gone up by 5$), so I emailed them about it, and they gave me 40$ and free shipping. Thanks, Billy! Very helpful customer service.
